It is the policy of Metro Mutt to hold all customer information within the business; we do not pass on information to other companies or organisations.  We do not sell, rent or loan information for profit.  All information provided to Metro Mutt is kept strictly private and confidential.

When placing an order, Metro Mutt requires your name, contact number, address, and email address, if paying by credit card details are required.  

Metro Mutt uses a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.

All credit card payments are processed securely through the Direct One payment gateway and ANZ bank.  Credit card payments are the fastest way to process your orders as there is no clearance delay. Metro Mutt does not retain any credit card information.

When using our website, you are consenting to Metro Mutt using that information for use within Metro Mutt and any future offers we would like to provide you with.

 

Refund Policy

Metro Mutt strives to produce the goods we advertise in a sellable condition.  

Metro Mutt does not refund for a change of mind.  

If an item is damaged we will consider an exchange item, but this will be at the discretion of Metro Mutt.  No monetary refund will be given.

We urge anyone who does not agree with this policy to discontinue using our website.  If an item is knowingly damaged on delivery from Metro Mutt to the delivery address the damage will be noted and an alternate item will be offered or a discount will be given.

 

Delivery Policy

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery details to Metro Mutt.  It is also the responsibility of the customer to be home at the time of delivery when paying COD, if a customer is not home the item will not be left and a fee of $10 will be sent to the customer for inconvenience.

If the item is paid for prior to delivery then a secure place must be given to Metro Mutt to leave products, Metro Mutt does not take any responsibility for items being lost, stolen or damaged from this designated delivery place.  

Therefore we urge all customers to think carefully when placing deliver instructions on orders.

We will give all orders the estimated time of delivery to be up to 10 days, but Metro Mutt can not be responsible for items not being in stock and so we do not take any responsibility for items that are out of stock with our suppliers.

If this does occur then we will provide the item as soon as it is back in stock.
The customer will be notified as soon as possible if an item is out of stock.  It will be delivered when available.

Our payment options available are endless, but most of importantly safe and secure. We offer Credit Card processing, Direct Deposit, Cheque and Money Orders.
